1. Introduction

Welcome to FileLink ("FileLink", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Docully SaaS Technologies Co. LLC, incorporated in the UAE. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FileLink website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Description

FileLink provides a secure document sharing platform that enables users to upload, share, and control access to files with advanced security features including OTP verification, dynamic watermarking, audit logs, link expiry, and access controls.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of all files and content you upload ("User Content").
• By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display it solely as necessary to provide the Service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or confidential without authorization.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service.
• Use the Service for bulk unsolicited communications or spam.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Share files that contain malware or harmful code.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, logos, and underlying technology are owned by FileLink or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Billing and Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
• You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial periods unless specified in our Billing & Refunds Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or your User Content.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
