Why FileLink exists
We've spent years building virtual data rooms for some of the most sensitive transactions there are: mergers, IPOs, restructurings. In a data room, nobody questions that documents must be access-controlled, watermarked and tracked.
But most confidential documents never go near a data room. A board pack, a term sheet, an offer letter, a client's financials: these go out by email or chat, every day, as attachments nobody can recall. And the tools people use instead have changed. Many file-sharing and storage services have added AI features that read, index or summarise stored files, sometimes on by default.
We built FileLink to bring data-room discipline to everyday sharing, in a tool simple enough to use for a single file, and to make one promise our customers can rely on: no AI ever touches your files.
What we stand for
No AI
No AI model, LLM or machine-learning system reads, summarises, indexes or trains on your files. AI Insights analyses access activity only.
No Third Party
Your files are never handed to third-party apps, plugins or AI services. They stay on FileLink’s own encrypted storage in India.
No Trace
By default, files stream to a secure viewer and aren’t saved to the recipient’s device. Revoke the link, and nothing of yours is left behind.
No app required
Recipients open links in any browser. No account, no download, no friction.
