1. General Billing Terms
- All paid plans are billed monthly in advance via auto-renewal.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, etc.).
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
2. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (India) and Stripe (International). We do not store full payment card details.
3. Subscription Plans and Limits
- Plans are based on active file slots and features as published on the pricing page.
- You may purchase multiple Slot Packs to increase your slot limit without changing your plan.
4. Refunds
Paid Plans
- Refund requests made within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds are provided for partial usage of file slots or after the 7-day window.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
- No prorated refunds for cancellations.
6. Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades are processed immediately with a prorated charge for the current cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
7. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry.
- Repeated failed payments may result in suspension of your account.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We will collect and remit taxes where required by law.
9. Disputes
Any billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
10. Changes to Pricing
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
