New in Filelink: Decide exactly who can open your links

Link Access Control and Bulk Invitations are now available on the Business plan. Restrict any file or folder link to specific people or domains — and invite a list of recipients in a single batch.

Sharing a file externally has always meant a trade-off: send a link, and you're trusting that only the right people open it. Today we're closing that gap. **Link Access Control**, now available on the Business plan, lets you restrict any File Link or Folder Link to specific people or domains — or block specific ones out while leaving the link open to everyone else. Add rules one at a time or paste in a whole list at once; if a new rule would contradict an existing one, we catch it before it's saved, so your link's access rules are never ambiguous about who's actually allowed in. Alongside it, **Bulk Invitations** lets you invite a list of people to a restricted link in a single batch, instead of sharing the link and hoping it reaches the right inbox. You'll see delivery status for every recipient — sent, pending, or failed — and can resend to just the ones that didn't go through. Both features are available now on the [Business plan](/pricing), alongside Folder Links and AI Insights. To see how access control, invitations, and the rest of the platform fit together, explore the [full feature set](/features).
